Most of men fitness magazines out there, focus on stories and routines for body building and muscular growth, but not for overall health and fitness.
Vigor is a fitness magazine for men, with stories involving different aspects of fitness, such as nutrition, exercises, tips for relationships and mental wellness. All of this, with the goal of approaching a wide audience that may not be interested in professional body-building or strict workout routines; but rather on having good health and learning how to stay fit and healthy. Within the design of the magazine, several visual applications were used, such as illustrations, photographs and overlaying elements (with vellum paper) in order to best portray the stories selected. The project also included three more design covers for the next issues of the magazine.

Upon visiting the museum, I realized that the current material given at the museum does not effectively communicates the location of the exhibitions (whether temporary or permanent). Also, the buildings and wings have intricate shapes that are not well communicated in the current map, therefor, causes confusion in visitors that want to enjoy a certain exhibition or all the collections in a certain order.
This Series of brochures for Atlanta's HIGH Museum of Art, contain a new redesigned map for the museum, meant to clearly show where the permanent and temporary exhibitions are located. The brochure for special exhibitions is the beginning of a new system for any exhibition that the Museum wishes to promote. The brochures will be provided either to visitors of the Museum when entering the building. The audience will get the brochures, or via mail, to VIP visitors and/or curators that the museum wants to inform about current events.

Promotional Poster for SCAD representing how driven the students are when they get into the school; and the high success rate they have once they graduate, attaining a job in the creative field. This is summarized in the poster title and concept "SCAD has the formula for success".This concept is supported by background images that represent each major's creative process. In this case, is the process for a graphic designer.
The goal is to get prospective students to feel related to the goal-oriented mentality that prevails in SCAD and in that way, encourage them to enroll in the school, with the hope that they'll be successful once they graduate.

Even though, most people are aware of the causes of pollution, and the effects it may have, they might not be aware that people with certain pre-existing diseases and people living in poverty, are actually the groups at greater risk of being affected by pollution. The American Lung association, has a website devoted to communicate this information; so this poster is a printed piece that helps spread this message.
Informational poster that explains who's the people with a greater risk to be affected by air pollution. The groups with greater risk are people with certain pre-existing diseases (not all respiratory diseases) as well as people living in poverty. In the poster, it is evident that the rate of this groups of people is larger in the most polluted cities in the country, compared to the rate in the least polluted cities in the U.S.

The amount of plastic packaging we discard everyday is forming a island of plastic in the ocean that won't degrade or disapear anytime soon and it's therefor, contaminating our environment.
This collection of sustainable Food Containers is made of recycled and bio degradable materials, that maintain the single use culture we are accostumed to with food packaging, but gives a solution to the problem of pollution since it doesn't add to the plastic residue in the ocean. The collection includes packaging for prepared meals, eggs, fruits and vegetables, raw meats, and sweets and nuts. d

The studio had already launched their first silicone product, a mate cup, and were looking to design the insulator for the kettle that could adapt to any other settings. The designed needed to be small, versatile and match all the productions criteria involving silicone injection.
Versatile Silicone Insulator destined to support high temperature cooking and kitchenware. The same spiral piece fits into itself, to create the insulared circle. It can also be split for large items and the buyer can actually make their own combination when purchasing the product.
